I help CEO's, Executive Teams and boards drive defined outcomes and objectives in the private, public and not for profit sectors (profits, market share; fundraising, patient care, brand) through the lens of people. I spark transformation enabling businesses to survive and thrive in complex and disruptive situations. With substantial industry and consulting experience, I have a strong record of success helping leaders and organizations move flawlessly from vision to practical solutions with energy and passion. I connect the dots in complex situations, ask the tough questions, help people see the gaps, hear what is not said and effectively manage people and team dynamics. Key capabilities include: HR/People (organization and process design; people/talent strategies; talent management including executive coaching, leadership development, and full cycle talent management; HR function management; living the brand; volunteer engagement); Strategic and Operational planning (strategy articulation; objective cascades; change and program/ project management). Proven results in For-Profit; Not-for-Profit; Private Equity; Family Owned and Operated businesses in a variety of industries. My drive to succeed is balanced with a strong moral compass, humility, compassion and determination to see others grow and succeed.
