Andrea Poptsis is transformational leader who excels at bringing order to chaos. She has over 20 years experience working with high-growth businesses, ranging from start-ups to new divisions within established corporations, across a variety of industries and geographies. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer of the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 organizing committee where her financial, administrative and operational stewardship resulted in the games being delivered significantly under budget. Prior to Invictus, she was a key member of the Province of Ontario's 2015 Pan and Parapan American Games Secretariat where she led teams in finance, risk management and operations. Working on these complex, multi-stakeholder projects, Andrea learned how to get things done within government and the broader public service. She also has extensive private sector experience including serving as CFO of Pink Tartan, working in technology and media venture capital and advising start ups on growth, financing and corporate development.

Andrea has an H.B.A. from Ivey Business School and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. She sits on two not for profit boards and is a reluctant hockey mom who loves to play tennis.

Dejan Markovic

Dejan is a strategic operations executive and technology leader who knows how to transition organizations to customer-centric service delivery models and implement the right technologies for success. Cross-functional, multi-site management experience and considered an inspirational leader in helping organizations operate effectively and safely through consultative communication and tactical decision making. One of Dejan's proudest successes was as Cargojet Airways' Vice President of Operations. With full P&L responsibility, Dejan successfully led the complete planning and transition activities of Purolator and Canada Post's air operations business to Cargojet. In under four years, revenues increased from $190M to $380M while stock performance soared over 400%. This was a natural succession from serving as Purolator's Director of Operations and Executive in charge of leading the Canada Post Group of Companies Air Strategy. With an obligation to ensure that a fair, transparent and comprehensive process was followed while demonstrating collaborative, inclusive and hands-on leadership, a $40 million cost elimination for the Group of Companies was realized. Prior to these roles, Dejan founded and exited an oil and gas startup, led the international expansion of a global aircraft management and MRO business and held progressively senior aerospace engineering roles with Boeing Commercial Aircraft and Bombardier Aerospace.

Dejan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace from Ryerson University and an MBA in International Business from the Ted Rogers School of Management. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario and an active pilot with dual Canada/US flight authority.

Chris is a business and IT Risk, Controls and Cybersecurity Leader with significant professional services and corporate experience in financial services, telecommunications, and public sector. Chris improved performance of these risk management and internal control functions by energizing team members and collaborating to build up team capabilities, processes, tools, and relationships across the company.

Prior to Rogers Communications, Chris was a Partner at Grant Thornton for 10 years, and a Partner at Ernst & Young for 7 years. At both firms, he was an acknowledged leader in sales and practice development, and high quality service delivery of IT and business risk, controls, security and assurance services.

Greg is a forward thinking executive who understands how to leverage technology to grow organizations and drive success in a digital world. He has experience in both small, entrepreneurial organizations like Virgin Mobile as well as large, disciplined organizations like Bell. Most recently, Greg was the CIO of Teranet, a global leader in the digital transformation and delivery of registry services. Prior to that he was the CIO of Virgin Mobile Canada. Greg was also the SVP of IT at Bell Canada responsible for services provided to the wireless, internet, and corporate groups, and for shared services across the company. Earlier, he was the VP of IT for Bell Mobility where he led a program that transformed the existing billing, customer care, and retail systems. He also held executive roles in Nortel Networks and Imperial Oil.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, and an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
