Seasoned executive with 25 years of professional experience in Finance, Operations, System implementation, M&A and Strategy. I have worked in North America, China and Europe. I have been a consultant helping leading industrial and manufacturing companies operating in aerospace, transport, energy and utilities define and achieve their ambition. I spent 7 years as a consultant at A.T. Kearney, where I was a core member of the Enterprise Transformation practice and won the 1998 Global Intellectual Capital Price, and at BCG, where I was part of the manufacturing and industrial practices. I then moved into retail where I had many different roles driving significant improvements in Europe, Asia and Canada. I realised £500 m of synergies at group level at Kingfisher PLC, implemented an ERP in a Euro 2bn subsidiary, improved sales by around 10% and net margin by around 2% in the same subsidiary, was PMO for the programme that doubled the group's share price, and turned around a troubled subsidiary in China. In my last role, I was CFO of Holt Renfrew, Canada's largest luxury retailer. I am looking for a senior Finance role where I can help drive profitability and business performance

Scott is an experienced asset manager who has met diverse client portfolio needs utilizing a range of both traditional securities and derivative instruments to execute investment or hedging strategies.
