Neissan is a FinTech leader and international product management executive with 20+ years of experience in start-ups and corporate environments in Brazil, US and Canada. As an awarded innovator and design thinking advocate, he has occupied multiple C-suite level roles in the mobile-security, payment and loyalty verticals. A pioneer in Brazil in mobile data collection, banking Internet security and prepaid systems, Neissan invented HutCash® the first hybrid (loyalty+payment) cryptocurrency used from 2006 to 2015 at Pizza Hut.

He has c-suite level expertise in digital transformation applying cutting-edge technologies. Through his career he has created, delivered and integrated 30 innovations turning them in to new revenue models.

Presently he is a senior advisor to NueBridge Ltd. where he heads the Blockchain, AI and innovation practice. Prior to that he was VP of Product and Project Management at Giesecke & Devrient (Canada), CEO of SafeLoyalty (Brazil), Managing Director of Prosisa International (USA), CEO of E-Safetransfer S/A, and Principal & founder of NMDesign S/C Ltda, a Design Studio specialized in the IT and automobile industry.

Most recently, as the V.P., Corporate Strategy and Planning he was responsible for guiding the overall strategy, board dialogue and driving CEO/CFO sponsored transformation initiatives.

Greg is a forward thinking executive who understands how to leverage technology to grow organizations and drive success in a digital world. Andrea Poptsis is transformational leader who excels at bringing order to chaos. She has over 20 years experience working with high-growth businesses, ranging from start-ups to new divisions within established corporations, across a variety of industries and geographies. Dejan Markovic

One of Dejan's proudest successes was as Cargojet Airways' Vice President of Operations. With full P&L responsibility, Dejan successfully led the complete planning and transition activities of Purolator and Canada Post's air operations business to Cargojet. In under four years, revenues increased from $190M to $380M while stock performance soared over 400%. This was a natural succession from serving as Purolator's Director of Operations and Executive in charge of leading the Canada Post Group of Companies Air Strategy. With an obligation to ensure that a fair, transparent and comprehensive process was followed while demonstrating collaborative, inclusive and hands-on leadership, a $40 million cost elimination for the Group of Companies was realized. Prior to these roles, Dejan founded and exited an oil and gas startup, led the international expansion of a global aircraft management and MRO business and held progressively senior aerospace engineering roles with Boeing Commercial Aircraft and Bombardier Aerospace.

Dejan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace from Ryerson University and an MBA in International Business from the Ted Rogers School of Management. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario and an active pilot with dual Canada/US flight authority.
