I am a senior global human capital leader, with expertise in all areas of HR and talent management, and a background in multiple sectors (Technology, Media, Software, Energy, Marketing Services, and Retail). I have deep expertise in helping develop and inculcate a strong culture. I am accomplished in all organizational lifecycles - from large, mature and complex organizations to innovative, creative start-ups, public and private, domestic and international. I have strong expertise in helping organizations grow and scale and in executive coaching. My current interests include considerations for maximizing potential for millennials and the implications of the workforce of the future for employers. I have a long history of volunteerism, and currently chair a Board that helps connect high school students and employers with experiential/co-op opportunities with employers.
